The Position We’re looking to hire a Team Lead React.js developer to join our team. Responsibilities Team Augmentation / Staffing: Integrate directly into our client’s team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. Design & Build: Work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients. Qualifications 5+ years of experience (preferred but not required). Advanced English proficiency. Meaningful experience working with React. Experience working on large, complex systems. Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. A four‑year college degree. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and consistently deliver on commitments. Dedication to client goals and commitment to best practices. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries. Positive mindset, can‑do attitude, and forensic attention to detail.
