**Responsibilidades**
1. Reportar los reclamos de acuerdo con el procedimiento corporativo de DSV.
2. Supervisar en forma permanente el correcto manejo del programa de reclamos.
3. Generar las comunicaciones a los clientes y áreas internas en relación con el estado de reclamos.
4. Realizar seguimiento al desarrollo de los reclamos presentados a los proveedores de servicios.
5. Coordinar la cobertura, cumplimiento de condiciones y proceso de reclamaciones respecto del Seguro Corporativo de Transporte de Mercancías/ DSV Protect.
6. Coordinar inspecciones a la carga para verificar condiciones de empaque, cuando esto es requisito especial de la aseguradora para otorgar cobertura.
7. Intervenir directamente ante Group Insurance o el Broker de seguros cuando se presente algún conflicto en la solución de un caso.
9. Verificar que OPS haya presentado oportunamente todos los reclamos preliminares de acuerdo a los tiempos establecidos que rigen para cada proveedor.
10. Mantener actualizada la base de datos de los reclamos en proceso.
11. Rendir informe mensual a la Gerencia Financiera acerca de las provisiones necesarias respecto de reclamaciones.
12. Aportar sugerencias para el mejoramiento continuo de la empresa, siendo un miembro activo en la identificación, registro y ejecución de acciones correctivas y preventivas, con la intención de aumentar la eficacia y eficiencia de los procesos de acuerdo con los formatos y lineamientos establecidos por la compañía. 13. Hacer los cursos del e-learning corporativo "DSV Central" asignados según las funciones del cargo. 14. Dar cumplimento al sistema integrado de prevención de lavado de activos y financiación del terrorismo de DSV. 15. Realizar todas aquellas funciones asignadas por el jefe inmediato.
