Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote - Latam CroX Note to Applicants :- Application Language : Please submit your CV in English. Applications submitted in other languages will not be considered. This job is not for Crox . You will receive the company information in case of moving forward in the process. This is a full time and fully remote job in LATAM. Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable: Process invoices and credit notes. Monitor customer account balances and follow up on overdue payments. Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments. Manage Accounts Payable: Verify and process vendor invoices. Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies. Prepare and process checks or electronic payments. Reconcile vendor accounts. Implement Technology Systems: Research, select, and implement modern technology systems to streamline AR/AP processes. Train staff on the use of new systems. Manage Written Communication: Draft and send professional correspondence to customers and vendors. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Analyze Financial Data: Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues. Prepare reports and summaries for management. Requirements Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite). Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with implementing and managing accounting technology systems is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a multi-entity environment. Knowledge of construction accounting or B2B software billing processes.
