We transform conceptual ideas into construction-ready plans and collaborate closely with designers, builders, and field crews to deliver exceptional finished spaces. Job Summary The Accounts Payable Clerk supports the accounting team by assisting with the accurate processing of vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments. This role involves a high volume of data entry, along with reconciliation and other accounting-related tasks. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with an accounting background who is comfortable working with transactional data and eager to grow within a structured finance team. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing and coding vendor invoices in the accounting system Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents as required Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Assist with reconciling accounts payable balances Support month-end close activities, including invoice accruals and supporting documentation Help prepare weekly payment runs including checks, ACH, and wires Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payments Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation File and organize accounts payable documents in accordance with company policies Follow established internal controls and accounting procedures Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field English proficiency required with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, data-heavy tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience using accounting systems more advanced than QuickBooks Understanding of accounts payable processes and reconciliations Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in construction, contracting, or project-based environments Experience with ERP or mid-to-large scale accounting systems U.S. visa available for training purposes #J-18808-Ljbffr
