Who We Are: At Tribe Wellness Sales, Inc., we teach our Protocol Review Specialists how to ethically sell health and wellness products to help our customers live a healthy and fulfilling life. We are currently seeking independent Protocol Review Specialists to attend our Protocol Review Appointments with the goal of generating sales of health and wellness products. What You'll Do: Attend Scheduled Appointments: You will enjoy a calendar full of scheduled appointments for Protocol Reviews with our customers. Learn: We will teach you how to ethically close sales of health and wellness products to help customers with their specific challenges. We train every day. And while we like to have fun doing work that we love, we take what we do very seriously. Earn: You will earn a sales commission on every sale that you make, and we will teach you how to make a lot. Live: Work from your own home and utilize our tech tools and platforms. What's In It For You: Excellent Earnings: Our Protocol Review Specialists earn 20% commission on the gross margin of their net sales revenue, paid in USD. College Level Sales Training: Our patented sales training methodology has been offered as college credit at Texas State University's Sales Masters Program. Work From Home: You will work from your own home and just log in to our systems. Monetize Your Passion For Health and Wellness: Most of our Protocol Review Specialists are either already working in, or on their way towards working in the Health and Wellness industry in some way. From Chiropractors to Physical Therapists, to Nutritionists, Tribe is where the healers come to learn how to sell health and wellness products and services. What We’re Looking For: Hard working and highly driven individuals who embody Tribe's core values. Knowledge, background or raw passion around health and wellness. This is a non-negotiable, you will literally be talking about health and wellness all day long. Experience in sales is an advantage, but with our comprehensive tool kit, we welcome those hungry to learn and grow. A self-starter, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections. We require a stable internet connection capable of supporting seamless voice and video communications, and data transfer, with an Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater. A backup system for power or internet outages. A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with working mic, camera, and a working headset. You will be on zoom with your team throughout the day. The ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day). Tribe Wellness Sales is very proud of our Protocol Review Specialists . What is a Protocol Review Specialist ? A Protocol Review Specialist is someone who attends a 20 minute Protocol Review Appointment with a customer that has purchased a new health and wellness product. On the Protocol Review Appointment, we walk a customer step by step through a carefully crafted Health and Wellness Protocol designed to help them optimize their health with the product that they just purchased. About half of the time these customers could benefit from additional health and wellness products like supplements, programs, coaching, or devices. So, using our well tested and carefully scripted process called permission based selling, we offer the customer additional products to support their goals. This process generates a sale on 40%-50% of the appointments, with an average order value somewhere around 2X what the customer spent online. So reps can sell anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000 every day, depending on their skill level and commitment to excellence.
