About the Company Part-time position for a fast-growing, community-based events brand. The Community hosts transformational gatherings in Austin for entrepreneurs, creators, and conscious leaders. Events revolve around meaningful connection, great energy, and smooth execution, creating spaces where inspiring people come together to grow, connect, and thrive. Location: South America – Fully Remote Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Reach out to people via DMs in a thoughtful, human way Engage daily with creators, community members, and aligned accounts Invite people to events, gatherings, and community moments Respond to comments, DMs, and story replies Keep the community warm, present, and alive online Track conversations and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks Communicate closely with the core team to align on priorities and events Time commitment starts at ~10 hours/week, with room to grow if it’s a great mutual fit.
