We are seeking a creative Community Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, video editing, and social media management, with the ability to build and engage our coffee community across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form video content Edit photos and maintain consistent visual style across all social media platforms Manage Pro Coffee Gear's social media presence and engage with our community Serve as liaison with our Meta advertising agency for campaign coordination Develop content calendars and execute social media strategies Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics Requirements 3+ years experience in social media management and content creation Advanced video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar) Strong photo editing abilities (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva) Experience with social media management tools and Meta Business Suite Portfolio showcasing video editing and photography work Must align with US Central Time business hours Remote work with flexible hours Career growth within a rapidly expanding company Goal-oriented work culture with autonomy How to Apply Submit your resume and portfolio showcasing your video editing, photography, and social media work.
