About the Role We are seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist with 2+ years of experience managing invoicing, payments, and reconciliation for law firms. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, detail‑oriented, and familiar with legal billing software and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies. Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records in case management and accounting systems. Generate billing reports for management and attorneys. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Requirements 2+ years of experience in law firm billing or accounting. Proficiency in legal billing software (Clio, Timeslips) and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills.
