Descripción de puesto

Estamos buscando personas apasionadas que quieran ser parte del equipo de Marketing en la posición de Digital Data Analyst Sr. Valoramos la diversidad de experiencias y habilidades, y estamos comprometidos con crear un entorno donde todos se sientan valorados y apoyados.

Tus retos:
  1. Llevar el seguimiento del comportamiento de los diferentes sitios web de la compañía (performance, venta, leads) por medio de herramientas digitales.
  2. Generar análisis, identificando insights para proporcionar recomendaciones basadas en datos para el equipo de producto con el fin de mejorar la conversión en venta digital y leads.
  3. Realizar el seguimiento a los desarrollos desplegados, analizando los resultados posteriores al lanzamiento de las iniciativas.
  4. Buscar la mejora continua para el sitio web planteando alternativas de pruebas para validar hipótesis.
  5. Diseñar y ejecutar las pruebas A/B y multivariantes para optimizar las páginas web y portales de venta.
  6. Colaborar con el equipo de marketing (SEO, SEM, inbound, ecommerce) para implementar y evaluar campañas de marketing digital en pro de leads y venta digital.
  7. Realizar análisis comparativos de sitios web de competidores y tendencias del mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades y mejores prácticas.
  8. Revisar herramientas tecnológicas que apoyen al crecimiento de venta digital y captura de leads en el sitio web.
  9. Apoyar con el cargue en los contenidos de los sitios web para mantener información actualizada.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

Eres profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo Digital, Estadística, y/o afines.

Cuentas con 2 años de experiencia en Áreas de análisis digital para sitios web con enfoque en leads y venta digital.

Tienes Certificaciones de Google Analytics.

Cuentas con conocimiento en plataformas de monitoreo y administración de contenido.

Tienes un nivel de Excel avanzado.
