AR Billing Accounting Associate Location: Presencial en Barranquilla, Bogotá, Cali, Medellín o Bucaramanga. Schedule: Lunes a viernes, 08:00 a.m. – 07:00 p.m. Sobre el rol Serás responsable de configurar reglas de facturación para nuevos clientes, gestionar facturaciones únicas, generar facturas, registrar pagos y realizar procesos contables relacionados con cuentas por cobrar y facturación. Trabajarás con sistemas como Namely, Certipay, Vensure HCM y Namely HCM, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento en todas las operaciones. Responsabilidades principales Configurar y actualizar reglas de facturación según contratos Generar y enviar facturas a clientes Gestionar débitos automáticos (ACH) y conciliaciones Importar facturas y pagos en sistemas contables Revisar reportes de antigüedad y gestionar cobranzas Resolver solicitudes de crédito y dar seguimiento a casos Requisitos Título técnico en contabilidad o experiencia equivalente De 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en contabilidad o áreas relacionadas Conocimientos en Power BI, Outlook y Microsoft Teams Inglés B2/B2+ Importante: Se priorizarán candidatos con experiencia en área de finanzas.
