Responsibilities Roca Alliances is a specialized recruitment and operations partner in the technology sector, building high‑performance teams across Latin America for multinational companies. This opportunity is for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a global technology client focused on safeguarding digital environments within a fast‑evolving, highly competitive industry. The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business performance. Financial planning and analysis: build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and long‑term plans; analyze trends and variances; prepare executive‑level reports and presentations. Performance metrics: design, track, and interpret KPIs to assess financial health and operational efficiency; provide actionable recommendations. Financial modeling: develop and maintain models for pricing, investments, and scenario analysis aligned with business objectives. Cost analysis: optimize resource allocation; identify savings; track and control departmental expenses. Ad‑hoc analysis: conduct market research, benchmarking, and special financial analyses as requested. Cross‑functional collaboration: partner with finance, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting. Continuous improvement: advance FP&A maturity through best practices, automation, and scalable processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Master’s degree, CFA, or CPA is a plus. 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in technology or cybersecurity. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience building dashboards and executive reporting frameworks. Background in high‑growth SaaS or subscription‑based environments. Familiarity with channel‑led, two‑tier distribution or hybrid GTM models. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology. Benefits Private health insurance with SURA. Parking.
