- Atender y resolver consultas, quejas y solicitudes de clientes de manera oportuna y cortés a través de correo electrónico, chat en vivo, teléfono y redes sociales.
- Proporcionar asistencia a los clientes en inglés y español, asegurando una comunicación clara y precisa.
- Identificar y resolver problemas de los clientes de manera efectiva, escalando problemas complejos según sea necesario.
- Registrar y documentar la información del cliente de manera precisa en el sistema.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar una resolución eficiente de problemas y satisfacción del cliente.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar los procesos y procedimientos de servicio al cliente.
*Requisitos:*
- Dominio del inglés y español, tanto verbal como escrito.
- Experiência previa en servicio al cliente o roles similares.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Orientación al cliente y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva.
- Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Conocimiento básico de herramientas de oficina y sistemas de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM).

Sueldo: Hasta $2.600.000 al mes
