Job Description

About the role

Responsible for integrating and developing processes that meet the needs of both income and expenses, supporting business people in the organization by managing financial planning processes within the functional area of expertise, participating in planning and contributing to global and local strategies.

Responsibilities

  1. Financial analysis of income and expenses.
  2. Make forecasts / reports: Responsible for making forecasts, budgets, risk / opportunity reports.
  3. Coordinate budget end-to-end process to ensure targets are met.
  4. Manage and analyze weekly revenue movement, pace against forecasts and present to sales organization leaders.
  5. Consolidation of Commercial and PTO expense for P&L reporting.
  6. Monitor revenue "gaps" for products and customers. Resolve unrecognized revenue from won opportunities.
  7. Month close and Q pack reporting and analysis. Present insights to finance leadership team.
  8. Conduct other ad hoc analysis for senior finance leadership, as required.
  9. Lead and prepare forecast consolidation and cost walks.
  10. Support ad-hoc requests and improvements related to reorganization.
  11. Process efficiencies/process improvements leveraging new technology investments.

Qualifications

Must Have

  1. Finance Bachelor's Degree.
  2. 1.5 years' experience in FINANCE, FPA roles, or similar.
  3. Expert level computer skills, Microsoft Office suite, and working knowledge of accounting systems.
  4. Advanced English level.
  5. Hungry to learn and help with the team.
  6. Highly proactive.

Preferable

  1. Macros, SAC, PBI, Microsoft Dynamics, EPM.
  2. Experience in analytical modeling.
