If you have substantial experience with HubSpot’s Marketing Hub and a proven track record of helping US-based businesses climb the search rankings, this role is the perfect opportunity to showcase your strategic and technical expertise. As our SEO & HubSpot Marketing Specialist, you will serve as our in-house HubSpot expert—leveraging the platform’s full marketing capabilities to build, manage, and optimize inbound funnels. In parallel, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and lead generation for the US market. This includes setting up website integrations with HubSpot, creating SEO-friendly content (often with the help of ChatGPT), and ensuring our online presence ranks competitively in core categories.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**HubSpot Management**
- **Optimize** inbound funnels and workflows to nurture leads at each stage of the buyer journey.
- **Build & maintain** dashboards within HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), and other SEO tools.
- **Educate & enable** internal teams on best practices for SEO and HubSpot, offering training and resources as needed.
**WordPress & HubSpot Integration**
- **Maintain** and update WordPress sites, including installing plugins, fixing technical issues, and ensuring site security/stability.
- **Implement** and manage HubSpot forms on WordPress pages, ensuring proper lead capture and tracking.
- **Connect & Synchronize**: Ensure seamless integration between WordPress and HubSpot (e.g., tracking codes, API connections) to accurately capture visitor data and enable landing page creation.
**SEO Strategy & Execution**
- **Develop & implement** on-page and off-page SEO strategies to achieve high SERP rankings in the US market.
- **Conduct** keyword research, competitor analyses, and technical audits to drive organic traffic growth.
- **Monitor & report** on SEO performance (rankings, traffic, conversions) and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
**Content Creation & Optimization**
- **Collaborate** with internal stakeholders or freelancers to ensure brand consistency, high-quality writing, and effective messaging across all channels.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Qualifications (Must-Have)**:
**HubSpot Expertise**
- **Proven Integration Success** connecting websites or landing pages with HubSpot to capture and nurture leads
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to set up and interpret HubSpot dashboards and reports for continuous improvement
**SEO Skills**
- **US Market Focus**: 2+ years of SEO experience specifically targeting US-based audiences and search engines
- **Technical & Strategic SEO**: Proficiency with on-page optimization, technical audits, keyword research, and backlink strategies
- **Analytics & Toolset**: Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush/Ahrefs, or other SEO tools
**WordPress Proficiency**:
- **Hands-On Experience** updating WordPress sites—editing pages, troubleshooting issues, and managing basic HTML/CSS where needed.
- **Form Management**: Ability to replace or embed WordPress forms with HubSpot forms, ensuring proper functionality and lead flow.
- **Integration Know-How**: Familiarity with connecting WordPress to HubSpot (e.g., using plugins or custom tracking) for landing page creation, lead tracking, and analytics.
**Content & Communication**
- **AI Tools Proficiency**: Demonstrated ability to leverage ChatGPT (or comparable AI platforms) to optimize tasks and drive efficiency across various marketing initiatives.
