Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans to identify software defects and player-affecting issues.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development team members to investigate and resolve software defects.
  • Contribute to the creation of Test Plans for feature areas of the game.
  • Provide input on game design opportunities to improve the player experience.
  • Engage with Data and Automation specialists to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Share project information with the team and provide Risk Assessments for your area of ownership.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and testing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Defect tracking tools (JIRA) and Test management tools (TestRail).
  • Knowledge of software development processes and continuous development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with games and game engines, content and asset editors, software tools, and shared technologies.
  • Familiarity with Development Tools such as Perforce and Visual Studio.
  • Familiarity or experience supporting a Live Service entertainment product.
