Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

At Critical Mass, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of software products and services.
  • Identify and report defects and issues to the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products and services meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing to ensure the quality of software products and services.
  • Communicate test results and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation).
  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies for software development.
  • Experience working with local and offshore teams.
  • Experience in task management and defect tracking tools like Jira and/or similar.
