The ideal candidate will collect, organize, analyze, and extract insights from growth/marketing-related data, creating dashboards and reports, generating hypotheses, and using data to validate them. You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, architects, account managers, and business partners to build solutions that improve client and sales experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather data related to marketing activities
- Organize and consolidate data into accessible dashboards and reports
- Analyze data to extract meaningful observations and translate complex data into clear insights
- Create visualizations such as graphs and charts to enhance data comprehension
- Promote a data-driven approach within the marketing team
- Serve as a bridge between data-related areas to stay updated on emerging touchpoints, data sources, and requirements
- Participate in discussions and decisions related to data analysis processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a Growth or Marketing team
- Professional or academic experience in data analysis, business analysis, data engineering, data science, or related fields
- DATABASE consulting and handling with SQL
- Previous experience with Python, R, or another programming language
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik
- Dataviz experience for data explanation
- Experience with Explanatory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Fluent in Spanish and intermediate level of English
