About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Banking Markets (GBM) Internal Controls team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct, internal policies & procedures, Global FX Code, industry standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail. They will also possess excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to prepare documentation and interact effectively with other Bank departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the success of the execution of the Global Communications Supervision Procedures on behalf of GBM Internal Controls.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Execute communication surveillance control of social media interactions from GBM Ambassadors and Monitored Employees in accordance with the social media guidelines, policies, and programs applicable to GBM.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Bank processes, policies, procedures, applications, and products related to Global Communications Supervision Procedures.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Good accountability and time-management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Bank's regulations, policies, procedures, operations, and functions.
  • Working knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of Global Banking & Markets business units and related business functions across Canadian & International Banking units.
  • Highly motivated; demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic business environment.
