Job Title: Water and Sanitation Business Line Manager

AECOM is seeking a highly experienced Water and Sanitation Business Line Manager to lead our business growth strategy in Colombia and Peru. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market expansion, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand AECOM's presence in the water and sanitation market in Colombia and Peru.
  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the delivery of water infrastructure projects, including comprehensive water systems planning, design, and construction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, including mentoring and coaching to support their professional development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the water and sanitation industry, with a strong understanding of the market in Colombia and Peru.
  • Proven track record of business development and growth, with a focus on client relationships and project delivery.
  • Advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
