Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Nielseniq. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results to our clients, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collect, organize, and track data inputs, data setup, quality control, and validations
  • Maintain project trackers, FAQs, and documentation to ensure transparency and efficiency
  • Interpret data and apply advanced Excel calculations to provide insights and recommendations
  • Develop and lead presentations and training sessions with clients

Requirements

  • Candidate should have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to create complex formulas and macros
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in market research, revenue growth management, or consumer packaged goods preferred
