The Ecommerce Account Manager role at Sovos Compliance is a crucial position that oversees the commercial operations of the Ecommerce Account Executives team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire renewals process from start to finish, working with various departments throughout the company with an emphasis on Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with existing and new clients, leveraging resources effectively throughout the sales cycle on strategic deals.
  • Articulate the value propositions of Sovos' products and services to clients.
  • Prospect within assigned territory to create leads for new client sales by growing pipeline opportunities.
  • Sell and promote SaaS solutions to new accounts, developing and executing strategic opportunity plans to ensure quota attainment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to navigate and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
  • 2-4 years' experience as BDR, quota-carrying Sales role or similar; software solution sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of contact management solutions, preferably Salesforce.com.
