About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented individuals to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Conduct initial HR screenings, initiate online candidate assessments, coordinate interviews with the interview panel, evaluating candidates' qualifications and fit for the institution.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely status updates.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with institutional guidelines and policies.
