Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in helping connect people to careers and supporting the local recruitment efforts by being the expert in what drives and attracts talent. You will work collaboratively with the local and global talent acquisition, social media, and employment brand teams to plan, budget, and execute the sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, budget, and execute digital advertising, social media, employee referrals, public relations, and community events to attract top talent.
  • Develop sourcing initiatives, including recommending innovative ad campaigns and promotions, and partner with internal creative resources to design and produce creative assets.
  • Act as a project manager for collateral creation, establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or advanced equivalent experience in marketing or talent acquisition in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Strong knowledge of the local talent market and available sourcing channels.
- Computer savvy
- Ability to influence others and lead peer-to-peer by example, coaching, and mentoring
- Confidence to lead discussions, determine outcomes and timelines, and execute in a timely fashion
