We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bermuda and contribute to our growing portfolio of boundary, topographical, construction, and 3D mapping surveys.

Job Description

The successful candidate will take on a lead role in the company, involving land surveying in and outside the office, business development, and management of current and new clients.

The position entails conducting accurate boundary, topographical, construction layout surveys, and 3D mapping using the latest land surveying technologies.

This includes analyzing and interpreting survey data, preparing detailed reports and survey drawings, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and national surveying standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a detail-oriented approach.

Salary and Benefits

The remuneration package will be competitive, based on experience, and commensurate with industry standards. We offer an attractive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in land surveying.
  2. Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment and software, including GPS, total stations, CAD software, and 3D laser scanning technology.
  3. Strong understanding of land surveying principles, methods, and regulations.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Exceptional professional references and an ability to build positive long-term relationships.

Bermuda-based Opportunity

The ideal candidate should be available to live in Bermuda and commit to the role for at least 2 years.
