Land Surveyor Manager

At T-mapp Jobs, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to lead our Bermuda-based team in geomatics and professional surveying. This position will take on the lead role, overseeing land surveying operations in and outside the office, alongside business development and management of current and new clients.

• Conduct accurate boundary, topographical, construction layout surveys, and 3D mapping using modern surveying technologies, including GPS, total stations, robotic instruments, and 3D laser scanners.
• Analyze and interpret survey data, preparing detailed reports and survey drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date field data, measurements, and findings records.

• 5-10 years of professional experience in land surveying.
• Proficient in using modern surveying equipment and software, including CAD software, and 3D laser scanning technology.
• Strong understanding of land surveying principles, methods, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A competitive salary of $90,000-$120,000 per year, based on experience and industry standards.
