Job Overview
Sagan Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for inbound calls, you will ensure customers receive prompt and professional assistance.

About the Role
This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing expectations, and creating a positive client experience. Your duties will include answering inbound customer calls, directing them to the appropriate department, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience with a friendly and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound customer calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
* Manage customer outreach, follow-ups, and coordinate call-backs for technical teams.
* Update ticket statuses and maintain accurate records in the company's support system.
* Handle customer concerns and challenges with a calm and solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications
* Fluent English communication skills with a minimal accent.
* Prior experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Productivity Suite.
