The Room Ambassador Role

The Room Ambassador offers an unparalleled experience for our guests by providing attention to detail and ensuring that every room meets our high standards. This role anticipates, personalizes and satisfies the needs of our guests before they even request it, and stays well-informed about our hotel's services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, dust and disinfect all areas of the guest room (bedroom, living area, dining area and bathroom) according to procedures.
  • Perform housekeeping duties in occupied rooms and rooms with departing guests.
  • Provide coverage service for guests.
  • Seek opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

Requirements

  • More than one year of experience working in hotel cleaning areas is considered a valuable asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
