NielsenIQ is a leading consumer intelligence company that delivers comprehensive consumer insights and analytics to drive business growth. We are looking for a highly skilled Retail Financial Planning Specialist to join our Retail Global Renewal Center Team in support of our internal business partners and clients.



This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires the ability to work directly with cross-functional teams, including Account Directors, Pricing, Finance, Product, and Legal, to build and consolidate financial inputs and make strategic decisions for retail deal constructs across the globe.



Key Responsibilities


  • Build pro forma financial statements for client proposals, focusing on the impact to NielsenIQ and our clients, to create the best possible deal for both parties.
  • Develop scenario modeling for all proposal options to understand negotiation ranges and optimal outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to consolidate necessary inputs and build financial statements.
  • Support financial and administrative processes for Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) and create standard and ad-hoc reporting.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • 1-3 years of finance experience, preferably in a related field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a team-based setting and work with multiple stakeholders.

Our benefits include: estimated salary range $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, flexible working environment, volunteer time off, LinkedIn Learning, Employee-Assistance Program (EAP), and opportunities for career growth and development.
