About the Job

Skechers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and maintain high standards of store appearance.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  4. Collaborate with district managers to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
