To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in FP&A, demonstrated experience in managing complex management reporting to regional, country, and corporate stakeholders, and experience consulting and providing advice and feedback to the business on risk and opportunity considerations. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and Hyperion in data compilation, aggregation, and modeling are required.
You should demonstrate the ability to embody the Leading Beyond Finance initiative, run and maintain business models to analyze performance and business opportunities, and proactively drive and implement continuous process improvement activities. A team player who can communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels and organizational boundaries is essential.
