About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our Services Delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and expansion of Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients.

In this position, you will analyze customer needs, develop tailored strategies for successful implementation, and provide expert guidance on best practices for adoption and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Microsoft 365 usage through Adoption and Change Management methods, focusing on creating engaging workloads and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to customers.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality ACM solutions that meet customer business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and create customer value.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and results.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Overall 2 years of experience within consulting services, preferably with expertise in both consulting and pre-sales.
  • Basic knowledge of MS O365 technology.
  • Excellent language skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
