Ingepsy is seeking a skilled Cloud Golang Data Engineer specializing in data-focused projects for a US-based client in the data industry. As part of our team, you'll be involved in designing, developing, and optimizing back-end solutions that leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Golang Data Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, efficient back-end services using Golang, aligned with project requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional, distributed team working closely with data scientists, product managers, and other developers to deliver impactful features.
  • Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services effectively for data processing, storage, and real-time analytics to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code with a strong focus on optimization and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of code quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Golang: Strong experience in back-end development with Golang, with a portfolio or previous experience to showcase your expertise.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Familiarity with key services within GCP, including data processing, storage solutions, and other cloud-native tools.
  • Advanced English fluency: Essential for effective communication with the global team and the US-based client.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Proactive and able to identify and address potential issues efficiently.
  • Strong collaborative skills: Able to work well in a team environment, with the adaptability to interact with various roles and departments.
