Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team at Corporación F&M S.A.C. This role will involve coordinating payroll consolidation services and other Human Resources services for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with local guidelines and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with all phases of the payroll process for assigned clients, including updates, payroll payments, tax filings, and third-party payments.
  • Generate and/or validate payment and closing reports, both those required by local legislation and those agreed upon with the client globally.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and attend meetings to improve processes with the team and assigned clients.
  • Address queries from accounting teams and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Mediate in billing processes and manage cash flow with the Treasury Department.
  • Train clients and local teams in using information systems and technology platforms.
  • Generate reports for internal processes and ensure compliance with established internal operation protocols.
