  • Accounting Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Time, knowledge of basic payroll taxes in the United States, bilingual in Spanish and English with a high level of English proficiency, advanced skills in Excel and all Microsoft-based products, familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Google Drive, experience in the construction industry and AIA Billing (strongly desired), and willingness to assist with insurance audits (training provided).
