Specific Duties:

Oversee the entire production workflow of visual content, from concept development to the successful realization of high-quality final products. Ensure that all necessary assets and resources are identified to meet client expectations effectively. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, budgets, plans, risk logs, dashboards, and change orders. Facilitate project delivery through effective internal and external meetings. Manage project scope and the change control process diligently. Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints. Ensure all project documentation adheres to approved formats and internal processes, with proper reviews before client delivery. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding project-related inquiries. Engage in the PM Discipline community for knowledge sharing and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management or production within an interactive agency or consulting environment. Proven experience in managing the production of CGI visuals, photography, and other forms of visual content. Strong knowledge of creative principles and best practices related to photography and CGI. Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, develop detailed work plans, allocate resources, and conduct team meetings. Demonstrated capability to lead in identifying and mitigating project-related risks. Comprehensive understanding of software development life cycles, web technologies, and the delivery of multi-disciplinary solutions.
