Key Responsibilities:

As an Asset Manager at Publicis Global Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the management of assets, serving as a strategic planner, analytical thinker, and relationship builder.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the entire production workflow for visual content, from initial concept development to final deliverables.
• Ensuring all resources and assets are effectively identified and utilized to meet client expectations.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including charters, budgets, plans, and reports.
• Facilitating project delivery through effective meetings and communication.
• Managing project scope and implementing change control processes.
• Guaranteeing that projects are completed on schedule and within financial parameters.
• Ensuring all documentation adheres to established standards and is reviewed prior to client delivery.
• Acting as the primary contact for clients regarding project-related inquiries.
• Engaging in knowledge-sharing and professional development within the project management community.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management or production within an interactive agency or consulting environment.
• Proven experience in managing the production of CGI, photography, and other visual media.
• Strong grasp of creative principles and best practices in photography and CGI.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in addressing project-related risks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development life cycles and web technologies.
