The Learning Experience Manager will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and implementing all of the company's training programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining training schedules for Colombia and Mexico sites
- Updating spreadsheets for rosters for Colombia and Mexico teams
- Creating seats for new training staff
- Interviewing for new training staff
- Onboarding training staff
- Setting job expectations with training staff
- Grading training staff on training skill sets
- Developing training staff and leadership with education and certifications
- Observing training staff during training classes
- Providing positive and constructive feedback
- Providing KPIs and standards for each quarter for training staff
- Providing tools and resources to assist in excellent training material creation
- Documenting information on each training staff member
- Receiving and analyzing training evaluation forms for each class
- Creating and maintaining training methodologies for the training department
- Developing training courses to further educate current employees
- Maintaining strong communication with recruiting and operations
Qualifications include:
- Five years of training experience
- Two years of management experience
- Two years of BPO experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Strong, confident, and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
