About the PositionWe are looking for a skilled People Partner to join our team, responsible for driving Human Resources initiatives that align with business objectives and promote a people-centric organization.
Main Duties:- HR Functions:
- Serve as a key liaison for employees across LATAM and the US, offering guidance on HR matters, policies, and employee relations;
- Collaborate with managers to establish goals, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure active participation in HR-related activities;
- Guarantee HR compliance, adhering to relevant laws and regulations, including audit support for SOC, ISO, and other standards;
- Support employee growth and development initiatives by identifying career paths, learning goals, and growth opportunities;
- Foster open communication with employees, ensuring their engagement and well-being;
- Manage benefits for the dedicated headcount;
- Plan team-building events and social gatherings;
- Work with managers to develop employee engagement strategies, aligning with company values and promoting employee well-being;
- Support employee feedback initiatives, ensuring surveys, pulse checks, and continuous feedback mechanisms are implemented;
- Monitor employee retention trends and collaborate with teams to find solutions to improve the employee experience and reduce turnover;
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic or tech-driven environment in LATAM and the US, with a solid understanding of HR principles, talent management practices, and recruitment processes.
