Floral Clerk

At Hy-Vee Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floral Clerk to join our team. As a Floral Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating beautiful floral arrangements, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Create and design floral arrangements, bouquets, and other decorative items.
• Process and handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the floral department and surrounding areas.
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including flowers, plants, and other floral supplies.
• Participate in visual merchandising and display of products to create an attractive and inviting store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a retail or floral environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
