Principal Customer Engagement Solutions Expert

As a Senior Principal CX Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to understand their requirements, design and develop customized solutions, and implement them using Genesys products. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to our customers, ensuring they are able to get the most out of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization.
- Participating in customer workshops and designing call flows using Genesys products.
- Working closely with Genesys technical teams and business partners to design, develop, and maintain IVRs, NLU Intent-based Bots, and routing applications.
- Creating accurate development effort estimates.
- Presenting proposed IVR solutions as required.
