About the Role
We're seeking an accomplished Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at Within. As a key contributor to our innovative marketing strategies, you'll create captivating motion graphics across various platforms, driving performance-driven results for our diverse portfolio of iconic brands. This role demands a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for pushing boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology, and/or concept development
- Understanding of ad performance and data metrics (KPIs) to inform creative decisions
- Proactive implementation of performance learnings into the creative development process
- Maintenance of high-quality work standards across clients and projects
- Active participation in developing concepts for modular content, long-form campaigns, brand activations, and 360-degree initiatives
- Collaboration with team members to build storyboards and decks for various projects
- Frequent self-assessment and growth opportunities to challenge both team members and oneself
- Adoption and mastery of new creative trends, emerging processes, and platforms
- Regular communication with project and team leadership on progress and bandwidth
Requirements:
2-3 years of motion design experience plus strong technical ability in 2D animation; $60,000 - $90,000 per year; Expertise in crafting compelling motion work spanning various platforms and consumer touchpoints; Strategic thinking and application of motion and animation principles; Clear track record of delivering work meeting timelines and budgets while exceeding expectations; Strong competency in narrative and storytelling, emphasizing vibe and tone; 3D animation skills or interest in developing them are a plus.
