Reservation Analyst

At Emapta, we're revolutionizing the way hospitality operates by harnessing the power of data analysis. As a Reservation / Revenue Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage hospitality sales reservations and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our team.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Property teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Perform strategic data analysis to optimize inventory management and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of rate plans, room types, and products across all assets.
• Proactively communicate with Property Teams to prepare for Hospitality Sales guests' specific needs.
• Review reservations to ensure accurate billing information and proper communication with cross-functional partners.
• Manage new and existing reservations, including corporate and group bookings.
• Operate as the inventory gatekeeper, performing basic analyses of room nights, rates, and revenue statistics.

• Proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Teams.
• Self-starter with a systematic and process-oriented mindset, able to work independently and develop creative solutions.
• Strong administrative skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Comfortable with change and an exceptional problem-solver, thriving in dynamic environments.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities for the benefit of the team.
• Capable of working autonomously while effectively managing upwards.
