About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of management reporting, including budgeting and forecasting, strategic and customer planning. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders to drive planning efforts, identify business drivers, and develop the bottom-up budget and forecast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the financial close process by analyzing variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers, and initiatives.
  • Develop and update standardized financial reporting packages to drive and support the business, including business metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide relevant financial analytics and business insights to key stakeholders, while developing robust tracking mechanisms.
  • Apply strategic understanding of business dynamics and competitive forces in different markets to support business decision-making.
  • Execute on financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with all phases of financial planning and management.
  • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success in a team environment.
