Job Summary: As a Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations, you will play a critical role in planning, directing, and coordinating Human Resource activities. You will partner with business and functional stakeholders to establish and execute Human Resources strategies that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling to employees and supervisors as needed and appropriate.
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to establish and execute Human Resources strategies that drive business performance.
- Be responsible for the orientation and training of new staff members, including leaders.
- Be in charge of terminations and provide exit interviews.
- Draft and implement employee rules, regulations, and policies that govern our employees' standards of behavior, aligned with the Global Policies of the Company.
- Maintain effective partnerships with internal teams (leadership, Operations, marketing, BED, recruitment, etc.) to ensure the success of the People Operations Department.
- Work with the legal team on documentation and compliance matters (i.e. Ministry of Labor, other regulatory agencies) as well as in instances of labor litigation.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
- Knowledgeable in strategic planning, employee relations, and labor litigation.
- Experience in the BPO industry is a MUST.
- Experience in preparing project proposals and progress reports.
