Job Summary

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate work duties to Team Members to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Conduct regular inspections of all check-out rooms and occupied rooms to identify areas for improvement
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Inspect and maintain service areas, store rooms, and corridors to ensure they meet hotel brand standards
  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects to ensure timely completion
  • Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance meets hotel standards
  • Efficiently manage stock control and maintenance of equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Provide exceptional Guest service, including VIP and special requirements, to ensure a positive experience
  • Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role with a proven track record of managing a team
  • Strong organizational and analytic skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service and a commitment to hotel brand standards
  • Proficiency in computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office, preferred
