Job Overview

Publicis Groupe, a leading global post-production and integrated creative content agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Post Producer to support the PXP Latam motion team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce day-to-day jobs for a variety of clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Oversee projects from offline to online, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and delivering final assets to trafficking partners.
  • Handle detailed management and oversight of all assigned projects, ensuring quality control and meeting client expectations.
  • Manage daily requests within the production department, interacting with other departments to ensure both agency and client needs are met.
  • Aid in the development and organization of support materials for the production team and client meetings.
  • Assist in scheduling freelancers for overflow work and handle bidding, scheduling, and billing of all projects.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure both agency and client needs are met, fostering relationships with other PXP offices in the North and South American network and outside vendors.
  • Oversee the delivery of final assets to trafficking partners and perform other duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in post-production, with a strong understanding of production workflows and processes.
  • An undergraduate degree in film/media is preferred, but not required.
  • A dynamic, creative personality with the ability to effectively engage ideas and drive results.
  • A passionate, driven, proactive, curious, and adaptable individual who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • A strong sense of priorities with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
