Job Title: Production Manager L2

Job Summary:

The Production Manager L2 plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital production process. With a focus on optimizing production timelines and workflows, this individual contributes significantly to our organization's success by delivering high-quality products on time while adhering to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prioritize daily/weekly work requests, assigning resources based on project scopes.
  • Track Digital Studio resources, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and availability.
  • Lead weekly account team status meetings and participate in daily status meetings to assess cross-office resource availability.
  • Oversee the production workflow process, resolving conflicts as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital production technologies.
  • Support internal teams and partners in delivering solutions, insights, and recommendations.
  • Develop direct reports through performance reviews and development plans.
  • Review team work, providing directions to elevate quality and ensure deliverables meet original requests.
  • Evaluate and evolve the creative practice, collaborating with production craft leads and external sources.
  • Manage time efficiently to balance multiple simultaneous projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent, with training in creative software tools.
  • 5 years of experience supporting digital projects involving current and emerging front-end technologies, with experience managing technical or creative teams.
  • Understanding of creative production and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions.
  • Experience managing the execution of HTML, email, online advertising, and other creatively driven technology projects.
