Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our development team. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient back-end solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with front-end developers, AI/ML engineers, QA and UX specialists to create seamless and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Fluent in English: Good communication and clear explanations of rationale.

  • Proficiency in Backend Technologies: Strong experience in Python, with a deep understanding of building and maintaining server-side applications. Knowledge of integrating with AI/ML models, particularly those powered by OpenAI, is a plus.
  • Database Management: Hands-on experience with relational and vector databases, particularly Postgres, and familiarity with drizzle-ORM or similar tools for database management.
  • Cloud and DevOps Expertise: Proficiency in Docker for containerization and experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
  • Automation & Testing: Experience with Playwright for testing automation to ensure the reliability and quality of applications.
  • Solid Theoretical Foundation: A strong understanding of software architecture principles, networking, security, and cloud concepts. Your ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies will be crucial.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.
