Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team in Colombia. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining applications using Java or Kotlin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a team to develop and maintain applications.
  • Follow security and performance best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges.
  • Conduct code reviews.
  • Work in hybrid and distributed teams, especially in an environment with high exposure to the client.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English proficiency for conversation.
  • +4 years of experience in back-end development using Java and/or Kotlin.
  • Experience with Spring Boot.
  • Solid experience with at least one Cloud Provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Comfort learning new frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid experience in integrations.
