About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to join our purchasing team in Colombia. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, managing procurement processes, and supporting sales operations.

  • Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, rolling dates, and incoming shipment details.
  • Procure designated products under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Provide real-time updates to sales teams on mill pricing, product availability, and rolling schedules.
Key Responsibilities
  1. To process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, rolling dates, and incoming shipment details.
  2. To procure designated products under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  3. To provide real-time updates to sales teams on mill pricing, product availability, and rolling schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a passion for supply chain management.
